I want to stop some services on my NT machine. Now I know for example that the FTP Service requires the NET STOP FTPSVC command, but how can I find the command for EventLog, Spooler and other services. I tried looking into the registry and stoping the corresponding programs using the NET STOP command, but no luck. Oh, and I know how to stop them using the Control Panle, but I need to put them into a batch file, as I don’t want to stop 20 services just to write a CD. Erik Bussink show...
